TP2 Talentpool is a qualifying programme for young film professionals in Central Germany. Over the course of ten months, experienced professionals from different areas of the film industry share their first-hand knowledge and experience with the participants, who are made up of young script writers, directors and producers. Continuous guidance by our tutors enables the participants to develop their own film projects, and prepare them for future production.
However, a successful career in the film and television industry depends on more than specialist knowledge. Personal, social and communication skills are equally important.
Therefore, besides concentrating on the filming side of things, TP2 Talentpool tries to assist the development of the participants’ personalities.
TP2 Talentpool is based in Erfurt, and is organised by Tradewind Pictures. Co-founder and director of TP2 Talentpool is Dr. Anke Nienkerke-Springer.
